Came across a talented painter this week.
Her name is Tracy Rocca and she resides
and works in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Her oil paintings are softly blurred out of focus
swathes of colour and light. The artist intends the
viewer to experience a meditative effect
when viewing the work. "The goal of my work
is to create a place where the mind can rest"
she asserts.

Her galleries are Winston Wachter Fine Art -Seattle
and New York and Karan Ruhlen Gallery-Santa Fe.

She was educated in Seattle and California.

See her work above and at her
Hope you enjoy these images.

Have a notice-the-small-moments-
kind of day
Helen.

Magnolia

These images are a bit challenging. I can imagine a mixed
response to them from the viewer. I find them to be quite beautiful with
a kind of meditative effect.

I hope that you enjoy these images.

On a final note. I thought I would share this quote. I came across the quote in a book on photography by Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, titled "Moments".

"There is great happiness in not wanting, In not being something, In not going somewhere." J.Krishnamurti

I think there is something to be said for this.

Have -a -meditative- kind- of -day.

Helen.
