Dear Everyone:

Some new shots for you to view.

I am fascinated by young women

sporting hair that looks like they

dyed it with food colouring.

This young woman with the purple
hair chatted readily as to how she

achieved it.

Then there are two action shots.

In one the runner looks like

he is floating.

Finally, the petunias are

charming.

Enjoy.

Helen.

Folk Art Bird (Common Grackle) 2010

Folkartbird(commongrackle)2010

Dear Everyone:

In a recent telephone conversation
with my mother she was describing
the birds coming to her bird feeder.
Her description of a grackle
caught my attention. In the sun
she could see the irridescent bronze wings.

This is my folk art painting of
the common grackle.
The flowers in the painting
are lime green and fuchsia
pink petunias from a friend's
garden pots.

I hope you enjoy this image.

Helen.
