Dear Everyone:
Here is a clipped poem by Wanda Campbell
(2009): Lethbridge, Alberta -Blue Grama
Publications corp.p.73
FALSE
poetry is easy
you said
just find the truth
and tell it
but false is everywhere
false step
false prophet
false eyelashes
false alarm
false front
falsehood
and me thinking
I'm better at losing
than finding
car keys
contact lenses
important papers
especially things in pairs
socks mittens earrings
I never lose both
which means I'm left
with the half truths
lined up lonely
in my jewelry box
waiting to meet their match
Hope that you enjoyed this
poem.
Helen.
